We’ll collaborate with you on the design intent of the home and refine the ideas into clear goals, then work with you on every aspect of the architecture, construction and design of the interior and exterior of the home and property. In order to make all the areas as aesthetically pleasing and cozy as possible, we will work closely with you to develop a seamless interior design plan in addition to a unified architectural and construction plan. It is important to remember that in certain situations, hiring a Registered Architect is not only prudent but often required. Registered Architects provide great experience in comprehending building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
Initial Concepts
We start by measuring the space and understanding its features. Then, we define the scope, budget, and design style in collaboration with the client.
Design Development
We prepare a preliminary layout along with cost estimates for furnishings and equipment. Design concepts, color schemes, lighting layouts, and detailed features like cabinetry, staircases, and fireplaces .
Construction Management
We develop detailed construction drawings and select materials, finishes, and fittings. Coordination with consultants and review of all elements ensure the design is ready for execution with precision.
Design Implementation
We manage quality control and coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, furnishings, and window treatments. Final touches include placing artwork and accessories to complete the space.
